After completing a Life Science degree Nicki spent 3 years working on laboratory research projects for an independent brewing research organization. Following a spell in management accounting she decided to travel the world with Caledonian Airways as a member of their cabin crew. With aviation definitely under her skin she went on to spend 4 years with the world’s largest aircraft charter broker before joining Stephen and Greenspire Advisors Limited.
