Stephen Kimbell

Stephen Kimbell is a specialist in business strategy and deal doing. He is an investor, an entrepreneur and an experienced non-executive director. He trained and worked for a number of years with the major city law firm Slaughter & May before moving to Chicago to work with a multinational pharmaceutical company doing their mergers and acquisitions work. Returning to the UK he set up Kimbells LLP, a specialist corporate law firm. Apart from his consultancy work, Stephen is a visiting Fellow at Cranfield School of Management where he teaches on the MBA course. Stephen has also held directorships and consultancy posts in a number of companies. During his many years in the corporate finance world, as a lawyer, a company director and as an academic, Stephen has helped numerous companies achieve success.

Nicki Hazell

While Stephen is out deal doing Nicki is hard at work raising awareness of the Greenspire name. She is responsible for the marketing activities of the company and maintains a keen interest in developments in the renewable energy and waste recycling sectors. Nicki also offers PA support to Stephen and together they ensure that clients receive the best customer care possible. After completing a Life Science degree Nicki spent 3 years working on laboratory research projects for an independent brewing research organization. Following a spell in management accounting she decided to travel the world with Caledonian Airways as a member of their cabin crew. With aviation definitely under her skin she went on to spend 4 years with the world’s largest aircraft charter broker before joining Stephen and Greenspire Advisors Limited.
